Sandy Cohen will teach 4 sessions of Yang style Tai Chi. Tai Chi may help restore your health, improve your balance, increase your strength and flexibility. People of all ages can benefit from the gentle turning and stretching movements of Tai Chi.

There are four sessions which build upon each other. Please try to attend all sessions. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
